JOB READINESS

In our Job Readiness Department, we believe that everyone when given the right tools will be successful in the work environment. Regardless the level of education, students who complete our self-paced modules will be more apt to present themselves well in the work environment. Our classes can be accessed anywhere there is a computer and a quiet workspace. Additionally, we host classes in person with a qualified facilitator to help students who may struggle with the nuances of technology.

Youth Employment Success Solutions

YESS is a dynamic approach for youth and young adults (ages 16-24) to improve and develop required “soft” skills and knowledge to succeed in the workplace. This program is specifically designed to develop employability skills. Upon completion of the following six modules: Training Program Pre-Test, Career Planning, Preparing for Employment, Work Expectations, Work Communication Etiquette, Financial Literacy and the YESS Program Review, students will receive a certificate of completion.
